Like to jump rope? We are partnering with Punk Rope for the month of November! 

Punk Rope is a blend of jump rope and calisthenics which improves cardio, strength, coordination, balance, quickness, speed, timing, rhythm, bone density, and body composition. Each week's class features a new themed playlist. Appropriate for most fitness levels. A jump rope and enough space to jump in is recommended.

Classes are every Tuesday at 6:30pm ET and take place on Zoom. Donations are welcome but very optional:

Venmo (Tim-Haft). Pay what you can or pay nothing. Just have fun.

Attend as many as you like. 

There is a different punk music theme each week.
