About DALIDA (Europe-Egypt-USA)
Professional international performing belly dance artist, instructor and choreographer. Winner of numerous international competitions around the world. Founder and owner of Dalida Bellydance – branches in USA and Russia. Organizer of Oriental dance workshops and concerts. Dalida is a frequent guest at various belly dance festivals around the world – she taught workshops and performed at such festivals as: Nile Group (Cairo, Egypt), Yousry Sharif Festival (New York, USA), RAKSTAR (Miami, Fl), Little Egypt (Dallas, TX), Al Salam (St. Petersburg, Russia), Nour and Yasser Alswery’s festival “Ahlan Moscow” (Moscow, Russia) and others.
Dalida started to dance at the age of six. She studied ballet for 10 years in Europe. She also studied folk dance from all around the world, jazz modern, and flamenco.
Dalida started her journey in belly dance in 2000. She has studied Egyptian Classical Style, folklore and "Modern Cairo" style bellydance from the best instructors of Egypt: Mahmoud Reda, Aida Nour, Lubna Emam, Ossama Emam, Wael Mansour, Nour, Yasser Alswery, Khaled Mahmoud, Yousry Sharif, Tito, Randa Kamal, Dandash, Mona El Said and may others.
